Scituate Church Pantry

The Scituate Church Pantry is a volunteer organization dedicated to assisting needy citizens of Scituate through the provision of food and other emergency assistance.
Operating out of the Masonic Lodge on Country Way, the Pantry provides directgifts of groceries and other necessary staples to Scituate residents who demonstrate the need for charitable assistance. The Pantry also provides vouchers in exchange for groceries, prescription medication or medical supplies, gas, oil, or emergency auto repairs. The Church Pantry operates on charitable donations from the Scituate churches, private citizens, and business and community organizations.

Community Christmas, Inc.

A nonprofit, ecumenical organization that provides food, clothing and toys
for families in need during the holiday season. Over the past six years, this
all-volunteer effort has assisted several hundred families. In addition to
several fundraising activities which support the cost of providing these services,
SCC also hosts a free family holiday party in conjunction with The Scituate
Chamber of Commerce activities in early December.

The Scituate Health Services, Inc. as been a part of Scituate since 1919.
Our Objectives:
a.
To provide health benefits to the citizens of the Town of Scituate
by the promotion of, or assistance in, beneficial health programs or
activities, and to provided limited assistance in individual instances.
b. To assist in education through scholarship aid to graduating senior from
Scituate High School entering a nursing program or health related field.

with the nonprofit North and South Rivers Watershed Association.

The North and South Rivers Watershed Association, Inc. (NSRWA) is a non-profit
organization comprised of individuals, families, businesses, and other environmentally-concerned
organizations. The NSRWA was created by a handful of river-lovers bound together
by an intense devotion to the natural beauty of the area and a strong commitment
to protect these natural resources for their own and future generations.
The
mission of the NSRWA is to preserve, restore, maintain and conserve
in their natural state, the waters and related natural resources
within the watershed.

Hope Improvement Society is located at the corner of Clapp Road
and Cedar Street, Scituate, MA. They are a non-profit organization. A diverse
group of neighbors, dedicated to a common interest; The preservation, restoration,
and conservation of our neighborhood - the West End of Scituate.

is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing learning opportunities for
parents and teachers. The Alliance supports the partnership among parents and
teachers as they share responsibility for the education of our children.

YWCA

The YWCA of Marshfield is a non-profit organization affiliated with national
YWCA group. The Y offers many classes and programs to adults and families from
all of the surrounding communities. Child care is available during most day
time classes. The Y also offers a wonderful Summer Camp Program.
