Scituate
Beautification Commission
The Scituate Beautification Commission enhances the Town with more than 40 planted and maintained gardens. The Commission also supports and coordinates the planting of flower boxes by the merchants along Front Street. In the Spring we coordinate “SHIP SHAPE DAY,” a Town-wide volunteer clean-up effort.
The Commission is looking for volunteers and new board members who are willing to share their time and efforts to make Scituate an appealing place in which to live.
Shown below are a few of the gardens maintained by the Beautification Commission.
