Voted: To acknowledge receipt of the Monthly Financial Reports for

On a motion by George Trafton, seconded by Patricia Butler, it was unanimously
Voted: To approve the write-off of outstanding balance for vacated unit
#95 Wheeler Park in the amount of $1810.00

Old Business

Board members discussed renewal of the Contract for the Executive Director, Kathy DeMarsh. The original contract was for a term of one (1) year commencing August 15, 2009 and ending August 14, 2009. The following motion was made and approved for a renewed contract.

On a motion by Mary Dean, seconded by Michael Collins, it was
Voted: To approve renewal of the Contract for the Executive Director for
a term of two (2) years commencing August 15, 2009 and ending
August 14, 2011 with a rate increase of seven (7)%, and payment
for services to be subject to yearly review.

New Business

On a motion by Patricia Butler, seconded by George Trafton, it was unanimously
Voted: To approve the Annual Statement for 2009 CFP Funds and
Accompanying 5 Year Action Plan for the Federal Program 49-1
Ayes: 5 Nays: 0 Abstained: 0

Rate increases for the Administrative Staff (Program Coordinator and Bookkeeper)
for Operating Budget FYE 9/30/2010 was tabled until Budget meeting. The Board agreed that they would support up to a 4% increase if funds allowed.
