Old Business
State Appointee Update-
The Executive Director advised the Board that she had recently followed up with Rachel Charnley, Assistant Director of Boards and Commissions for the Governor’s Office and was told that they were waiting on the background check. The Executive Director said she would continue to email or call Ms. Charnley to follow up on the appointment.
CenterPoint Update-
The Executive Director advised the Board that the report on the Affordable Living Feasibility Study from Stephen Gardiner is still pending.

Roof Replacement at Lincoln Park
The Executive Director stated in her report that, at the recommendation of the Affordable Housing Trust, she attended the Community Preservation Committee meeting on February 14, 2011 along with members of the Affordable Housing Trust to propose that CPC award additional funding to the Housing Trust to be used when considering projects such as the Housing Authority roof replacement and boiler replacement projects. After discussion, the CPC voted to award additional funding in the amount of $125,000. to the AFT to be used for additional projects involving affordable community housing.
Chairman, John Bulman advised that he would appeal to the DOR for confirmation of eligibility of the roof replacement project at Lincoln Park.

Amended Snow Removal Policy
An amended Snow Removal Policy which was presented by the Executive Director to the Board members for consideration of approval at the February meeting was voted on.

On a motion by Mary Dean, seconded by John Zigouras, it was unanimously
Voted: To approve the Amended Snow Removal Policy, effective immediately

New Business
Minimum Wage Rates for Maintenance Personnel
The Board was presented with a copy of the newly released minimum wage rates for Maintenance Personnel issued by the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development, effective April 1, 2011 through March 31, 2012

Voted: To accept the minimum wage rates to be paid to Scituate Housing Authority Maintenance personnel effective April 1, 2011-
March 31, 2012
