Old Business
State Appointee Update-
In following up with Rachel Charnley, Assistant Director of Boards and Commissions for the Governor’s Office, she indicated that the background check of the candidate for the state appointee position was still in process.
New Board Member-Stephen Coulter was elected to a five year term, filling the vacant seat for the Scituate Housing Authority Board of Commissioners
CenterPoint Update
Stephen Gardiner recommended to hold off on any further investment in the project at this time.
Flower Boxes/Planters
As a result of a meeting with tenants of Lincoln Park, the Scituate Housing Authority agreed to replace the window boxes for those tenants who would like to keep them. Also, a sign up sheet was provided for volunteers to form a Garden Committee.

New Business
Maintenance Position
The position of Maintenance Mechanic was advertised and all resumes were due by May 16, 2011.
Board Reorganization
Postponed to the June meeting

On a motion by Patricia Butler, seconded by Maryanne Lewis, it was unanimously
Voted: To enter into Executive Session to discuss raises for the administrative staff, the time being 6:45PM.
