Present were Chairman, Frank Lynch and members Russell Clark and Michael Vazza, Director Jennifer Sullivan and Secretary Pam Mullin.

Motion by Russell Clark to accept Agenda and Meeting Minutes of May 27, 2009 and June 8, 2009, seconded and approved unanimously.

Motion by Russell Clark to modify address on May 11, 2009 SBOH Decision Modifying February 9, 2004 Decision and Order of Scituate Board of Health Re: The Montessori Community School “The Inly School” to read 46 Watch Hill Drive, Scituate, MA, seconded and approved unanimously.

Director informed the Board that the South Shore Boards of Health Tobacco Control Board would no longer conduct random checks of businesses selling tobacco products to minors. The State has no funding to continue this Board.

7:10 p.m. 46 Fay Road/Public Hearing/Williams/Housing Violations Continued

The Board members and Director Sullivan conducted a property inspection prior to meeting at Town Hall.

Mr. Williams expected the Board to visit his property prior to our meeting, but access to the backyard was denied because no one answered the door.

At the meeting Mr. Williams stated he had obtained a dumpster to clean up the debris and ironwork. He had expected to accomplish more, but the company picked up the dumpster before he could complete the work. He promised to finish removal of remaining piles within a week? Homeowner to inform Board of Health when clean up is complete. Director will reinspect when the work is done.

Motion by Russell Clark to approve walk-thru by Director once clean up complete, seconded and approved unanimously.

Motion by Russell Clark to adjourn meeting at 7:30 p.m., seconded and approved unanimously.
