Present were members Russell Clark and Michael Vazza, Director Jennifer Sullivan and Secretary, Pam Mullin.

Motion by Michael Vazza to approve Agenda and Meeting Minutes of January 5, 2010, January 11, 2010 and March 22, 2010, seconded and approved unanimously.

7:10 p.m. The Paint Exchange/Public Hearing/Keeble/Brown

Present were owners, Tania Keeble and Katharine Brown

Storeowners wish to increase their current stored limit of 75 gallons of paint to approximately 200 gallons of paint. They have discussed this proposal with Bob Johnson (DEP, Lakeville, MA). He did not foresee a problem with this request because they are still significantly below the amount required to sustain their exemption status. He recommended clearing this increase with the local BOH.

Director Sullivan recommended they contact the Fire Department about this increase.

Fee Schedule – Proposed fee increases. Members agreed to review and discuss at future meeting when the Chairman can be present.

Motion by Michael Vazza to approve, seconded and approved unanimously.

Motion by Russell Clark to adjourn meeting at 7:30 p.m., seconded and approved unanimously.
