Members Present: Chairman Reidy, Mr. Toppan, Mr. Meacham, Mr. Limbacher, Mr. Yasin

Also Present: DPW Director Bangert

Minutes:

• Mr. Reidy asked for a motion to open the meeting. (Unanimous)

• DPW Director Bangert handed out copies of the RFPs received from 9 firms.

• Mr. Meacham offered to deliver copies of the RFPs to 2 members who were not present.

• Members agreed to distribute a copy of the RFPs Mr. Kalpin to gain his input.

• Members agreed to study all RFPs and come to a meeting on September 27th prepared to discuss, evaluate and vote upon further action.

• Mr. Reidy asked for a motion to close the meeting. (Unanimous)
