Members Present: Chairman Reidy, Mr. Toppan, Mr. Meacham, Mr. Limbacher, Mr. Yasin, Mr. Salmond

Also Present: DPW Director Bangert, Mr. Kalpin

Minutes:

• Mr. Reidy asked for a motion to open the meeting. (Unanimous)

• The Members discussed all of the proposals submitted.

• The Committee voted to invite three firms (Constellation, Waterline and Ameresco) in to discuss their proposals further. (Unanimous)

• Mr. Bangert was asked to set up the interviews on October 4th and 7th.

• Mr. Reidy asked for a motion to close the meeting. (Unanimous)
