Location: Selectmen’s Conference Room

Time: 7:30 PM

Members Present: Chairman Reidy, Mr. Yasin, Ms Loftus

Also Present: DPW Director Bangert, Mr. Kalpin

Minutes:

• Mr. Reidy noted that since a quorum was not present, tonight’s meeting was a sub-committee meeting for the purpose of gathering information from two project proposers. No votes would be taken.

• The sub-committee heard the presentation by Waterline Industries.

• The sub-committee heard the presentation by Constellation Energy.

• Mr. Bangert agreed to summarize the two discussions for the full Committee on the 7th.
