Meeting Minutes - Renewable Energy Committee

Members Present: Chairman Reidy, Mr. Toppan, Mr. Meacham, Mr. Limbacher, Mr. Salmond, Ms Loftus

Also Present: DPW Director Bangert, Mr. Kalpin

Minutes:

• Mr. Reidy asked for a motion to open the meeting. (Unanimous)

• The Members heard the presentation by Ameresco.

• Mr. Bangert summarized the presentations made on the 4th by Constellation and Waterline. Following this the Committee agreed that the strongest proposal made thus far was from Constellation. (Unanimous)

• The Committee voted to invite two more firms in for an interview (SunEdison and Brightfields).

• Mr. Bangert was asked to set up the interviews on October 14th.

• Mr. Reidy asked for a motion to close the meeting. (Unanimous)
