Meeting Minutes - Renewable Energy Committee

Members Present: Chairman Reidy, Mr. Toppan, Mr. Meacham, Mr. Limbacher, Mr. Salmond, Ms Loftus

Also Present: DPW Director Bangert, Mr. Kalpin

Minutes:

• Mr. Reidy asked for a motion to open the meeting. (Unanimous)

• The Members heard the presentation by SunEdison and Brightfields.

• Mr. Bangert offered additional information submitted by Constellation about their proposal.

• The Members voted that the strongest proposal made thus far were from Constellation and Brightfields. (Unanimous)

• Mr. Bangert was asked to set up a meeting on November 2nd for the Committee’s further deliberations on the matter of the Solar Array proposals.

• Mr. Reidy asked for a motion to close the meeting. (Unanimous)
