Documents & Forms

Submittals such as revised plans & additional data intended for discussion at a meeting of the Commission must be delivered to the Conservation Commission's office in conformance with the submittal policies (see attached), there are no exceptions.

ALL information must be filled out on any form submitted to the Conservation Commission.
Applicant's address MUST include a street name even if there is a P.O. Box.
Applicant's phone numbers MUST be HOME phone numbers, otherwise the paper will not accept the advertisement.
A short explanation of any and all proposed work MUST be put on the form, not on a separate sheet of paper.
Checks made out to the Town of Scituate and DEP must be copied and be part of the submittal.
