TRANSFER STATION STICKERS

To utilize the Transfer Station Facilities you must have a Transfer Station Sticker.

HOW LONG IS A TRANSFER STATION STICKER VALID? The stickers are valid from July 1 to June 30 each year.

WHEN AND WHERE CAN I PURCHASE A TRANSFER STATION STICKER? Stickers are available at the Department of Public Works Administration Office located at Town Hall, 600 Chief Justice Cushing Way. Please purchase your sticker during the following times:

• Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
  Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
  Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.

HOW MUCH DO THE TRANSFER STATION STICKERS COST?

• Single Transfer Station Sticker $80.00.
• Senior Transfer Station Sticker $55.00
• Additional Transfer Station Sticker $25.00 (For vehicles registered at same address as first vehicle.)
• Replacement Sticker $3.00

CAN ANYONE PURCHASE A TRANSFER STATION STICKER? No, only Scituate residents.

WHAT WILL I NEED TO PURCHASE A LANDFILL STICKER? Car registration or a photocopy showing your Scituate address.

WHAT IF THE REGISTRATION DOES NOT SHOW A SCITUATE ADDRESS? You will need proof of residency such as a Town of Scituate tax bill, year round residential lease in the Town of Scituate, or a vehicle lease agreement (page showing resident's name as leasee) along with your car registration.
