Zoning or General Bylaws

Zoning Bylaw Revision adopted 4/12/2010
The attached revision of the Zoning Bylaw was adopted by passage of Article 23 of 4/12/2010 Annual Town Meeting. The approval of the state Attorney General is also required for it to become law. Approval, disapproval and/or comments from the Attorney General is expected to be received by August 15. If the revision is approved, the new Zoning Bylaw will become effective as of the date of adoption by Town Meeting.

The Stormwater Bylaw

The Stormwater Bylaw was adopted by March 29, 2008 Annual Town Meeting. The Planning Board is considering adoption of Stormwater Regulations to implement the Bylaw. The draft posted here is currently under review and will be discussed at a Public Hearing at 8:00 p.m. on June 11, 2009 in the Selectmen's Hearing Room.
