Submission Requirement

1. Label
   Before cablecasting, all DVD’s must be clearly labeled with the following information:
   • Title of program only on spine label.
   • Segment name and exact TRT (total running time) in minutes and seconds on face label.
   • Maximum of three half hour programs on each DVD.
2. Countdown and Slate
   The beginning of all cablecast programs must have a standard format in the following order:
   • 10 second leader or countdown
   • Graphic slate with series title, segment name, total running time, production date and producer’s name.
3. End of tape
   • Appropriate credits
   • SCTV10 credit where applicable
